Grand Cedar residents have been working on a fabulous creative project during the past month to welcome the Spring Racing Carnival to their home. Their Spring Lady is modelled on a Paris design and constructed from paper mache, chicken wire and an array of beautiful hand crafted flowers, The Spring Lady has generated so much interest and excitement in the home, an amazing fashion statement in the entrance foyer.
