Cameron is responsible for managing Medical & Aged Care Group’s strategic direction and to maintain management controls in order to meet staffing, financial and care outcomes. Since taking on the initial role of Managing Director of the aged care group, he has driven far reaching changes to the management and operations of the business in a bid to achieve greater focus on an improved employee experience and leveraging the most innovative technology to achieve better care outcomes.

Cameron received a Commerce degree from Monash University in Melbourne majoring in marketing and spent ten years specialising in branding strategy and internal communications. The majority of his experience was gained working in strategy consulting in London where he provided valuable brand and strategy insight, and led projects with the likes of Vodafone Global, Royal Bank of Scotland, HSBC Banking Corporation, Mercury Records, DeBeers Diamonds and the London College of Fashion.

After rising through the ranks at Duesbury, Drew decided to establish Drew Robinson Pty Limited. Proudly independent for over 25 years, he continues to run the company based on responsive individual service underpinned by genuine family values. The down-to-earth generosity of Drew is very much the hallmark of his accounting practice. For Drew, family values run deep, both inside and outside of his accounting practice. He has been an honorary member of a number of organisations. Including Challenge, a charity supporting kids with cancer where he has been a board member for over 20 years.

Mala has been working with Medical & Aged Care Group for over 28 years in a senior finance position. She is instrumental in overseeing regulatory compliance and audit as well as overseeing the company’s funds management. Mala holds a Masters of Business Administration from Deakin University.

After the disposal of the McKenzie Aged Care Groupfamily business in Feb 2023, Rob now splits time between investment opportunities & semi-retirement/travel. As CEO, Rob led the McKenzie family partnership (2003-17) in raising its standards of quality, care delivery, delivered robust enterprise systems and developed a top tier executive team.

In 2017, Rob moved to a non-executive role, with the group enjoying an enviable industry reputation, widely recognised for its care delivery, quality systems & team culture. Prior to McKenzie, Rob spent almost 20 years with global IT and software vendors (IBM, HP & ATT) in executive sales & leadership roles. Rob started his career in teaching, progressing to commerce in residential real estate and then to IT/computing.

Michael has over 40 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law. He has been engaged in resolving a myriad of commercial issues of mid-market businesses, including: major restructures, sales and acquisitions, litigation and also IPOs. Understanding, in detail, the whole range of commercial structures has been paramount to Michael's approach and the advice he offers his clients.

Michael is a Board Member of Edmund Rice Foundation (Australia, Law Institute of Victoria and the Australian Taxation Institute
