Carrum Downs residents celebrated the Lunar New Year with a Chinese Luncheon Banquet and a Chinese themed Happy Hour; complete with dumplings, prawn crackers and fortune cookies. Lanterns and hand-made fans decorated the dining room and residents were thrilled with their personalised place cards written in Chinese Characters. Residents also had fun creating a series of beautiful fans and decorating Chinese lanterns at Parkdale Aged Care.
