After 5 months of planning with Groworx Global, this week, our CEO Cameron McPherson as well Stacey Menzies( Workforce Planning & Development Manager) travelled to the Philippines one final time before we officially welcome 18 fully trained carers into our family.
A deeply emotional meeting with many personal stories shared, many tears, lots of hugs together and a deep connection formed already.
We shared one powerful common theme, big hearts and a passion for caring.
