Casey aged care celebrated 10 years with MACG and an exciting new chapter with the expansion of its Memory Care Wing. The days highlight was the unveiling of the newly built wing opened by CEO Cameron McPherson and welcomed guest, Hon Julian Hill MP for Bruce, Assistant Minister for Citizenship and Multicultural Affairs.
This area is designed to care for individuals who are navigating the challenges of Memory loss, the wing is thoughtfully constructed to embrace innovation, comfort and empathy.
Guests toured the home to see MACG’s focus on adopting Innovations and technology to enhance people's Wellbeing; They enjoyed time with Sensory Wizard, SilVR goggles, Abi the companion robot and TeaTime family communication platform.
